Rights and Obligations of the Seller

The Seller is obligated to execute a definite order and dispatch and deliver the goods ordered to the address specified by the Buyer. An order becomes definite after it has been entered in the order system. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order or a part thereof in case the Seller is unable to deliver the goods. In such event the Seller is obligated to notify the Buyer of that fact without undue delay using the e-mail address, or phone number, given by the Buyer.

Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

The Buyer is obligated to fill the order properly and give all required data. The Buyer is obligated to take the goods ordered and pay the total price that had been communicated to him before the definite order was sent. The Buyer is obligated to inspect the goods delivered and notify the Seller without undue delay of any defects found. When making a complaint he follows the Guarantee Guidelines of the Seller.

Price

All prices for the goods stated in the catalogue are final (including VAT). The price stated in the catalogue on the date of dispatch of an order is regarded as the valid price.

Acquisition of Title

The owner acquires the title and the right to use the goods as soon as the goods are handed over to him. Upon taking delivery of the goods, the Buyer is obligated to examine the state and condition and the quantity thereof and, if need be, to make a report on defects found. In case the goods are damaged, the Buyer acts upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Guarantee Guidelines.

Returning Goods

If the Buyer wants to return the goods, he can make it only after a prior agreement with the Seller not later than within 14 days. The Buyer must enclose with the goods returned the relevant proof of purchase. If such goods are returned where a product requires to be packed newly before selling to another buyer, the supplier is entitled to charge the corresponding amount stated by the manufacturer for the new packing of the product. The goods can be sent to the supplier at own expenses by transport services.

Returning Goods under Claim

The goods can be sent to the supplier at own expenses by transport services or handed over in order to make a claim at any branch of the supplier. The terms and conditions of making a claim are set forth in the Guarantee Guidelines.

Terms of Delivery

Terms of Delivery + Way of Delivery

Collecting the goods by the Buyer in person at any of the branches of the operator or delivering C.O.D. is regarded as the delivery of the goods. The title to the goods comes into existence upon taking the goods after the payment for the goods.

In case the goods ordered are in stock, we dispatch orders within 2–4 working days after the date of confirmation of your order.

Buyer´s Right to Make a Claim, Place where to Make a Claim

If the Buyer finds any defect of the packing material or any variance between the goods invoiced and those really delivered, he is obligated to make a discrepancy report with an employee of the delivery service or with the Seller if he is purchasing the Goods at a branch of the Seller. In the case of a delivery service, he can refuse to take the consignment.

Time Limits for Making a Claim

The Buyer is obligated to make a claim in a due form and in time, i.e. without undue delay after any defect has been found. If the Buyer did not make a claim in time / within the guarantee period /, he has no claim for the affirmative settlement of the claim.

Obligation of the Seller

If the Buyer claims the goods at any of the operator´s branches or directly at the operator, a person responsible for it is obligated to examine the claim duly and take a decision on it immediately; in those complicated situations where the settlement requires an expert´s statement, he can agree with the Buyer on a different time limit. However, such time limit must not exceed 30 days after the date of making the claim by the Buyer at the Seller unless he agrees in writing with the Buyer on a longer time limit. A report on how the claim was settled is given to the Buyer in the place where he had made a claim unless otherwise agreed in writing. The responsible employee of the operator is obligated to issue on request to the Buyer who is making the claim the confirmation of the date when the claim was made by the Buyer or the confirmation of the execution of the repair (the removal of the defect of the goods) and of the duration of repairing, if need be.
